I, Jamie S. Nolan, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Town of Brant, do hereby certify that the following resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the Brant Tow Board held on June 11, 2002, and is incorporated in the original minutes of said meeting, and that said resolution has not been altered, amended or revoked and is in full force and effect.

RESOLVED:

At a regular meeting of the Brant Town Board of the Town of Brant, Erie County, New York, held on the 11^th day of June 2002 at 8:00 p.m. there were present:

ABSENT:  Councilwoman, Ellen Bowman

The following resolution was offer by Councilman Rosiek of the Town of Brant who moved the adoption:

Be It Resolved:  That the Brant Town Board does hereby affirm the Town of Brant Parks and Recreation Master plan developed by the Parks & Recreation Master Plan Committee in 1972.
