RESOLUTION #091002-2 – Town of Brant – Village of Farnham Master Plan Contract

 

            At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Brant, Erie County, New York, held at the Brant Town Hall, Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York, in said town on the 10th day of September 2002 at 8:00 p.m. there were present:

 

            Samuel J. Chiavetta Jr.                                   Supervisor

            Dennis Rubeck                                                Councilman

            Ellen Bowman                                                Councilwoman

Martin Rosiek                                                 Councilman

            Eugene Czyz, Sr.                                            Councilman

 

           

WHEREAS, Supervisor Chiavetta made a motion to accept the low bidder of the proposals submitted at the June 11, 2002 meeting for the Development of the Town of Brant/Village of Farnham Master Plan to Peter J. Smith as the proposal had been reviewed and appears to be acceptable for all parties. AND

 

WHEREAS, Councilman Rubeck seconded the motion and a roll call vote was taken, the vote being Five Ayes and No Nays the Town of Brant did

 

RESOLVE that the proposal submitted by Peter J. Smith be accepted and awarded.

 

I, JAMIE S. NOLAN, Town Clerk of the Town of Brant, County of Erie, New York DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a full and true transcript of a resolution duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Board held in Brant, New York on the 10th day of September 2002, as it appears in the minutes of said meeting and that said meeting was a regular meeting called and constituted and that a quorum was present.
