            At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Brant, Erie County, New York, held at the Brant Town Hall, Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York, in said town on the 14^th day of May, 2002 at 8:00 p.m. there were present:

            RESOLVED:  That Samuel J. Chiavetta, Jr., Supervisor of the Town of Brant, New York, is hereby authorized and directed to file an application for funds from the 2002 Justice Court Assistance Program.

            I, JAMIE S. NOLAN, Town Clerk of the Town of Brant, County of Erie, New York DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a full and true transcript of a resolution duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Board held in Brant, New York on the 14^th day of May, 2002, as it appears in the minutes of said meeting and that said meeting was a regular meeting called and constituted and that a quorum was present.
