RESOLUTION #061102-1

 

            At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Brant, Erie County, New York, held at the Brant Town Hall, Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York, in said town on the 112th day of February, 2002 at 8:00 p.m. there were present:

 

            Samuel J. Chiavetta Jr.                                   Supervisor

            Ellen Bowman                                                Councilwoman

            Dennis Rubeck                                                Councilman

            Martin Rosiek                                                 Councilman

            Eugene Czyz, Sr.                                            Councilman

           

WHEREAS, The Town of Brant did contract with Cost Control Associates for audit of the Town’s Street lighting account with Niagara Mohawk, and

 

WHEREAS, Cost Control Associates did notify the Town of Brant that the lighting from pole number 46 located on Lotus Point Road had been previously removed, and

 

WHEREAS, the Residents of the Town of Brant who reside on Surfside Drive and investigated by the Police Chief of the Town of Brant do request that street lighting be installed on pole number 4 located on Surfside Drive, the Town Board of the Town of Brant do

 

RESOLVE that the street lighting which was removed from pole number 46 on Lotus Point Road, should be installed on Pole number 4 located on Surfside Drive in the Town of Brant, and do

 

FURTHER RESOLVE that the Town Clerk shall send a copy of this resolution and direct Cost Control Associates for further resolution of this matter.

 

I, JAMIE S. NOLAN, Town Clerk of the Town of Brant, County of Erie, New York DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a full and true transcript of a resolution duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Board held in Brant, New York on the 12th day of February 2002, as it appears in the minutes of said meeting and that said meeting was a regular meeting called and constituted and that a quorum was present.
