TOWN OF BRANT, NEW YORK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


	Pursuant to resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Brant, New York, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Brant Town Board in the Brant Town Hall, 1272 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York on the 8th day of April, 2014 at 8:00 P.M. Local Time, for the purpose of considering Proposed Local Law No.1-2014  which, if approved, would amend Section 161-39.C of the Town of Brant Zoning Code to authorize the Town of Brant Code Enforcement Officer to issue temporary special permits for public utilities to establish temporary service or storage yards in all districts in the Town of Brant.
	Copies of the proposed local law are available for review in the office of the Town Clerk.  All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
