Minutes of the Workshop of the Brant Town Board which was held on Thursday April 5th, 2007 at 7:30 PM, 1294 Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York at the Brant Town Hall.

Pledge to the Flag: Meeting called to order by Councilman Gier:

Clerk verified that this workshop which is on the annual list of meeting; was posted at the Town Hall, Brant Post Office, and Farnham Post Office , Town Crier and Town web site. 

Items for Review 

1.)	Employee handbook: Gier and Arrigo stated that they would like verification of
 dates of employment of the present full time employees, and anything in the minutes from 1999 when the last employee benefit package was adopted.  

2.) Park Playground: Board members discussed the location of the new equipment that was ordered - Committees: Rec./ Comm. Building: Chiavetta, Pero, Turner Grove Areas & Grounds: Pero, Chiavetta Park Playground: Turner, Gier Pool: Arrigo, Turner, Playground Equipment: Gina DeMaria, Vincent Fininzio Jr., Leonard Pero

 3.) Recreation: Asking for a report from the Supervisors office with a quote on the cost of transportation from Lake Shore this year, field trip costs (is the cost of buses covered by campers?), report from last year on the expenses and appropriations, Supervisor to activate Recreation Parent Advisory with Joe DeMaria, Maria Inglut, Kristie Giambrone to meet with Recreation Committee Turner, Chiavetta and set goals for the 2007 program and Recreation Director, Vince Fininzio, and to set up dates for interviews of counselors.  
 
4.) Discussion and review of the proposed LL#1 of 2007 ? Public Hearing is Tuesday April 10th.
