Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, notice is hereby given of a public hearing by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant, to be heard on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, 1272 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following:

Case 2023-01: Application for area variance at 30 Lotus Bay Rd, Brant, NY. The applicant requests to reduce the front yard setback for a single-family home.  

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
