Notice of Adoption of Local Law Subject to Permissive Referendum

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of November, 2021, the Town Board of the Town of Brant, Erie County, New York, duly adopted Local Law #3-2021 entitled “LOCAL OPTING OUT OF ADULT USE CANNABIS RETAIL DISPENSARIES AND ON-SITE CONSUMPTION SITES”.  This Local Law shall be subject to Permissive Referendum pursuant the Local Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York.

A copy of Adopted Local Law #3-2021 is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the Town Clerk, located at the Brant Town Hall, 1272 Brant North Collins Rs, Brant, New York 14027.
