NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant hereby gives notice of a public hearing on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Brant Town Hall, 1272 Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following:

Application for an area variance at 231 Lotus Point Rd (SBL 265.00-2-14.1)
(Town of Brant ZBA Case 2025-02 – 231 Lotus Point Rd)

This area variance case is for building a 24’ x 48’ pole barn in a R-R - Rural Residential Zone. The Applicant Eugene O’Connor is requesting the following:

       1. Minimum Side Yard Setoff reduced from 50 ft to 12.8 ft

All interested parties will have opportunity to speak on the matter.
