NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant hereby gives notice of a public hearing on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Brant Town Hall, 1272 Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following:

Application for an area variance at 1428 Ellis Rd (SBL 268.00-2-10.11) (Town of Brant ZBA Case 2025-01 – 1428 Ellis Rd)
This area variance case is for building an addition on the existing single-family home in an A - Agricultural Zone. The applicant Samuel Friend is requesting the following:

1. Minimum Front Yard Setoff reduced from 80 ft to 48.59 ft

All interested parties will have opportunity to speak on the matter.
