Town Clerk Thea Ells verified that this special meeting was posted at the Town Hall, Brant Post Office, and Farnham Post Office also a legal notice was placed in the Town Crier.

On a motion from Councilman Chiavetta, seconded by Supervisor Pero, the following 
 Resolution #122806-#39 was Adopted: 5AYES- 0 NAYS:

ADOPTED: TO DECLARE THE BRANT HIGHWAY DEPARTMENTS? 2001 BACKHOE SURPLUS.

After some discussion the Town will advertise for sale of backhoe at the January Board meeting to open bids at the January meeting, to open at the February meeting.
Motion from Supervisor Pero, seconded by Councilman Arrigo the following Resolution #122806-#40 was Adopted: 5AYES- 0 NAYS:

ADOPTED:  APPROVE THE APPOINTMENT OF BRIAN KAUZALA AS PART TIME PATROLMAN 

There was discussion on new computers in various offices in the Town Hall and complaints of lights left on in the Town Hall Building.
